Employment Opportunity
Available Position: Parts Consultant
Responsibilities include:
Assist customers with finding the correct parts and advising which products would best suit their needs.
Build and maintain good working relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers in-person, over phone and by email.
Investigate and troubleshoot customer service challenges
Represent Argis 2000 Ltd. at industry-relevant events including Farm Shows to showcase our product and service offerings
Assist in managing inventory
Key Assets:
Agricultural experience needed, technical knowledge of farm equipment is an asset
Strong customer service skills and computer literacy
Keen interest in learning about industry-leading technology and solutions that we can offer customer operations
Self-motivated individual with strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in seasonal busy times
